You Must Be
- Professional：Be able to seek valuable projects and communication and management skills；
- Coordination capability：Familiar with the operating of listed companies, government funds, banking, securities or have practical experience in finance industry or government and can be effectively used；
- Management Skills: 5 years and above of management experiences, team leading and motivating skills；
- Funding and raising ability：able to develop high net-worth personal and institutional investor as well as other fund raising channels, personal investing ability.
- Recognize and accept Icomoon's management system, company culture and fund industry discipline。

2. Cooperation Mode
Independent Accounting：As partner or partner team, you will manage your finance, human resources and administration independently. Icomoon supervise and coordinate overall risk control.
Earning Distribution: Partnership agreement include using Icomoon brand, workplace, platform and training resources. Partner (and team) will make your own management decision and take full responsibility for your own profits and losses. 80% of revenue generated from the partnership with Icomoon Capital belongs to partner and team, 20% is distributed to Icomoon.
